That's why I think you revamp the offensive line via FA and not draft a Lineman in the 1st rd.85 million was the last number I've sent reported. Most expected it to be 100 but the league salary cap didn't go up as high as expected.
Bowers is one of the worst picks you could make. You don't waste a top 10 pick on a TE.That's why I think you revamp the offensive line via FA and not draft a Lineman in the 1st rd.
Levis looks like he's the guy so go get one of the Top 3 receivers or Brock Bowers in the 1st rd.
You can draft a 12+ year all-pro Lineman in the 3rd or 4th rd.
And end right back up in salary cap hell in a couple of years. If you get free agents you are overpaying with no exceptions. Bowers isn't going to tear up NFL defenses like he has in college. I could see maybe getting one free agent lineman, preferably a center then are the rest of the line in the draft the next couple of years. That's why I think you revamp the offensive line via FA and not draft a Lineman in the 1st rd.

This is the heart of the matter. Seeing your rookie QB play above expectations and possibly cement himself as your long term answer at QB is worth more than any draft pick, certainly quibbling over 1st round positioning. Fact is, a lot of people (not necessarily in here) don't like Levis personally and that is still coloring their perception of him as our possible QB going forward.Winning because a rookie QB played above what you expected does improve long term success. And it makes a far bigger long term difference than the difference in pick 5 vs pick 10.
Also if you’re worried about a LT, most mocks don’t have any in the top 5 right now because of the QBs, Marvin Harrison, etc
No, I think its stupid to waste a premium pick on a non premium position. With the way he played in college you don't see Bowers eventually being as good as say Kelce, Kittle, Hockenson etc.. in the league?

Titans Moving On From Teair Tart
Well that stinks. He was a solid run stopper. If the article is true I guess the Titans had no choice. Dude wants more money but didn’t want to work for it according to that.
