They didn't do it right. They got extremely lucky to have a generational QB somehow fall to 10 overall. Just goes to show how inept teams are. They overthink things.

He had a great team around him during his rookie contract, generational or not you don’t no QB would play well with our OL

If Amy fires him after this season she sets herself to a complete failure moving forward. Any serious candidate would and should take any other option than this one.

I mean Amy was a complete failure for letting JR last as long as he did only to hire an unproven GM in Ran..... Like her ownership has been a dumpster fire that resembled the family heritage

One thing I have to applaud about how the Pats run their org, they will let a player go a year or so early rather than a year or so late. This is a really good philosophy whether it be players, coaches, or execs.
Oh no, they let so and so leave and he crushed it the next year. But wait, he sucked after that for two years and then was kicked to the curb.

JR earned that time by having two of the best draft classes in Titans history. The Henry draft and the Simmons/Brown draft

Also even when JRob had below average draft years, the Titans were still going to the playoffs. We knew the Isaiah Wilson draft pick was awful early that season, the others not that quickly. Amy did react that season after AJ was traded to the Eagles and we got stomped by them. read yesterday that Burks was injured in practice and probably headed to IR. He's been a huge failure by JRob.

Disagree with the Amy talk.............She's a good owner that wants to win for Nashville more than anything.........She stays out of the lime-light and lets her people do their jobs.

Titan's have sucked since JRob was fired...........That was a mistake IMO. He was better than what's there now.
Callahan isn't ready for a HC job and it shows. He coaches scared.

Let Levis wing it, and if/when he fails................get someone else. Levis has regressed, and that is on him and the coaches.......(Bo Hardegree...........that means you too)

Not saying JRob was "good." Just saying he was "better" than what's there now.

Like saying Butch was better than Pruitt.....Both suck, but one can suck less than the other.

Results do lie, often. GMs and coaches are a product of the situation they take over.

And please don't give me the AJ Brown stuff...........There was a lot of "behind the scenes" stuff that caused that to happen ;)

7-10 the year before he arrived….the team he took over was not good. That’s 7-10 with a maxed out salary cap full of veterans and limited draft capital.

Anyone pretending that was a good situation is lying to themselves

I think the problem is y’all watch too many of the shouty shows (Skip Bayless, Stephen A, Shannon Sharpe, etc) and mistake their made for tv news as actual informative takes

He essentially traded AJB, a top 10 WR in the league, for Burks. That alone all by itself is cause for termination.
