He can’t play QB. Nor can anyone else on this roster
How does optics matter in professional sports? Players are going to play for whomever gives them the best deal and a chance to win so I can't see how trading Henry would have hurt them. Keeping him and getting nothing when he left sure hasn't helped.
Ridley's issues go well beyond the QB play...he hasnt got decent separation since 2020 and he isnt being force fed inefficient targets in negative game scripts like last yr to cover it up...
QB play aint helping but he's washed as a WR1 in his age 30 season
Ouch
It sucks playing for a team that is limited and not winning or competing..... Of course they feel like they're in a better situation.Anyone else think the players that recently were traded or left the Titans organization felt like they were liberated from football purgatory?
After watching the games, I can't help but think about good players getting drafted by bad teams with a toxic culture problem that could be related to ownership. I sort of wonder if Trevor Lawrence was drafted by the Steelers instead of the Jags, would his playing career be on a different trajectory? It sucks playing for a team that is limited and not winning or competing..... It makes about as much sense as being a heterosexual male and asking other hetero males if they like boobs too......... Of course they do!
Culture problems are inherently difficult to resolve. Panthers, Jags, Cowboys, Browns, Jets, Lions, Washington just to name a few. Detroit has it figured out and Washington looks like it is on the right track. Seems to be directly tied to the coach. Get the right coach and the rest seems to follow. Ownership has to be on board as well, so the Cowboys and Panthers will continue to spiral downward. After watching the games, I can't help but think about good players getting drafted by bad teams with a toxic culture problem that could be related to ownership. If Joe Burrows played for the Chiefs or the 49ers would he already have a couple of Superbowl rings?
Basically talented players never reaching their full potential, because they are trapped on a bad team while in their prime playing years.

I disagree. New ownership isn't a magic fix. Just needs to hire football people and let them do their job. I think she has done that, jury is still out on Carthon. This is her father's legacy, I really don't see her selling.Amy needs to sell the team. Then a proper re- structuring can proceed. They're going to have a nice, big new stadium they need to fill with satisfied fans. Organizational overhaul is needed
An organizational overhaul is needed regardless. I didn't say she would sell. I said she needed to sell. The results of the current owner and GM are weak. Carthon is young in the job, therefore, I'm not saying he couldn't stick around. It would have to be in a level down from GM. She and the league have the say so to whom she sells the franchise. Finding the right owner(s) would be importantI disagree. New ownership isn't a magic fix. Just needs to hire football people and let them do their job.
