The Official Tennessee Titans thread IV

I've been down on our defense, but I gotta give a shoutout to the O. Even though we kicked 6 field goals today, I love that the offense has basically picked up where it left off last season. #TanneHenry still proving to be a tough combination to stop. I hope AJ Brown gives it some extra juice when he comes back.

And man I hope Lewan's injury isn't serious.

I was able to listen to the Titans Vikings game on NFL Gamepass for the 7 days free trial.
Can’t watch the game live for the free 7 days trial.

I was very amazed on Titans radio hearing 2 Superman references saying the Vikings new stadium is like the Fortress of Solitude, and Henry looked like Superman flying when leaped high to score his 2nd TD.
I was extremely happy that while rolling silverware at Texas Roadhouse I got to hear most of the Titans Vikings dramatic competitive great exciting close game that involved a heart attack 4th Quarter and a great Titans 2nd half including their offense was effective because they scored 2 needed touchdowns and made more great plays than the Vikings to win the high scoring 31-30 game.
Was great to see Raymond be involved for passing plays in this heavy lifting game because the desperate Vikings got their best offense game, Cook took advantage of great blocks, and the Vikings found their talented effective WR Jefferson since Diggs went to the greener grass the Bills that are a great team with Josh Allen continues to show he’s a winning consistent effective talented starting QB.

Great that the year 3 Vrabel Titans are rocking and rolling 3-0 for the 1st time since 2008, and the Vikings couldn’t extinguish the Titans fire that consists of tenacity, resiliency, grit, and determination.

Cousins throwing 2 Ints
I love that, I love that!

Before the season started I predicted the Titans would win the afc south 11-5, 4-2 division record and I’m confident that happens.
A person can’t deny the 3-0 Titans are a damn exciting 3-0 team to watch.

I know our opponents don’t have good records but the Titans again are getting zero credit. This is not a Fisher team!

A win next week would go a long way. People in the media still don't fully trust Tannehill, and the defense has taken some early lumps. I think most people realize the Titans are a good team and a favorite in the division, but there's just not much "media darling" about it. We have a 32 year-old retread at QB and our most marketable player is a 250 lb running back. As far as "good teams" go, we're definitely the black sheep of 2020 NFL.

Heard that Shane Bowen didn't travel to Minn due to covid-19 protocol which meant Vrabel did both defense and head coach. Hopefully he can turn defense over to someone. Said Adoree and Wilson may practice but no word on Taylor's injury.

Go to Pinterest if you want great Titans Derrick Henry pictures that can be used for backgrounds or avatars.
Because I found multiple great Titans Derrick Henry pictures and he is my current favorite Titan player both reasons why I’m going change avatars every 2 weeks also because football season is short.
If I can get a great quality Titans Derrick Henry leaping in Minnesota vs the Vikings game picture that I’ll use.

I was very amazed that my prediction about the Titans Vikings Game was exactly on the Mark because the game was a close dramatic exciting great competitive game that did involve a great Titans 2nd Half including Derrick the Locomotive Henry would not be denied 2 touchdowns, and running for more than 100 yards.

The usual troll Ubaldo a Bears fan on yahoo sports now using the name Eddie G said the Vikings have an a easy win to avoid an 0-3 start, the Vikings got outplayed in the 2nd half after the 1st Henry running touchdown because the Titans got the momentum mostly and played great to win 31-30.

As usual Ubaldo aka Eddie G didn’t return to eat crow because he’s the greatest Titans Hater.
He’ll return to brag if he’s proven right.

So... There’s no way we can play against Pittsburgh now, right? I’m not aware of all the protocols the NFL has in place for a situation like this, but between all the contact tracing that I’m sure goes on and the inability to practice/game plan the game doesn’t seem likely to take place.

Total bummer. Shouldn't limit fans IMO, just block off the first 6 rows.

If there's still a game. What does it do to their - and the Vikings' - week 4 games, and how does that affect the season?

Gonna be interesting to see what happens.

I would presume likely not this weekend (I would think it’s too late in the week to completely minimize it to the standards the NFL wants) ...but the NFL presumably had some contingency plans they made for if they needed to reschedule games due to COVID related situations and suspensions of play.

They did reschedule games that got cancelled because of the infamous 9-11-2001 terrorist attacks that got moved late in the season as in Christmas winter season.

That’s why I am confident the Steelers Titans game could just get rescheduled to a new day which most likely I expect happens.

The NFL has vast money so this really wouldn’t be a lack of money flaw to fix this issue.
