The Official Tennessee Titans thread IV

dunno....this was his draft this year.

Round 1, pick 29: Isaiah Wilson, OT, Georgia

Round 2, pick 61: Kristian Fulton, CB, LSU

Round 3, pick 93: Darrynton Evans, RB, Appalachian State

Round 5, pick 174: Larrell Murchison, DT, NC State

Round 7, pick 224 (from Browns): Cole McDonald, QB, Hawaii

Round 7, pick 243: Chris Jackson, S, Marshall

such a terrible draft.
He really dug us out of a terrible hole despite being hindered with Mariota. I’m willing to give him some time.

This was a terrible offseason, though.

This defense could be serviceable with a quality DC. The special teams is hopeless. Whoever's in charge cannot be retained. General manager needs to shorten reigns on Vrabel and make sure he installs a DC he's comfortable with.

No more projects on the o line in the draft this year. Need starters at key positions, can't afford misses.

Big game next week, I feel worse about it than I felt about this game. Then back to Indy. This game will either be the rallying point or the beginning of the slide.

I'm afraid this team has too many injuries and to many holes at key positions to close the season.

I said a few weeks back we may not even win the division this year and that could legit happen now. If we don't win it this year I don't think we ever will.

Yep. Get Browns, Jags, Texans, Lions and hopefully Colts to finish at 10 wins.
Jags and Lions should be for sure W. Texans probably should be too, but after our last game against them I’m not as confident as I’d like to be. But if we win those three we’re at 9, and all we need to do is beat one of the Colts/Browns/Ravens/Packers to get to 10

It's pretty obvious Vrabel leaned heavily on Dean P. Without him and strike outs in free agency we always were pretenders.

With this defense no win is sure. Titans could still go 11-5 and win the division, but 8-8 is certainly possible as well.

That’s true. There’s always a possibility that Stafford/Watson/Whoever’s playing QB for Jacksonville could drop 350-400 yards on us along with a couple touchdowns. I just think the Jags and Lions are by far our best shots, in other words

I’m still hoping for 10-6
