Is it just me or does it seem like Decker has an unusually large amount of penalties thrown on him? I haven't kept up with it exactly, but it seems like every game he causes at least one or two holding/block in the back calls.

He's had more than his fair share the last 3 or 4 games

I was estatic when we took him. He was the best WR in the draft hands down.
