The Official Tennessee vs. Georgia State Game Thread, 3:30 PM ET, ESPNU

Volnation just set back and see what's fixing to happen. Too many millions of dollars in our program. It's going to happen real fast. The most embarrassing lost in school history happen today.

Even though I tried to keep my expectations low, I didn't think it should have been this low. This ******** hurts. Every year crap sandwich

I want Alabama out of there. He dont care about UT Football. I want him gone hes Alabama and will never be a Vol. A VFL you have to earn it. He dont care if we win or not. Alabama and him is laughing at us.

New poster. Long time lurker. First time poster... I had high expectations this year (7-5) (9-3. All is not lost. Problem is we showed up for a scrimmage. Pruitt said as much. "We are gonna play a lot of guys."Great idea to build depth as long as you win. Georgia State showed up to win the damn game and they brought it to us. I understand playing the long game but being a winning Poker player, you have to win the hand in front of you. I saw 2nd or 3rd string guys in there a lot during the game. That's fine as long as you win, preferably easy. We never took them seriously and thought we could "turn it up" when we needed to. Guarantano is a decent college quarterback but not the guy to will you to a win. Not his fault though. This "impressive on paper coaching staff" layed a serious egg and with their experience it is very disappointing."

Is it me or does it seem the 3-4 just doesn’t work here. It’s always an experiment that goes totally wrong. Justin Wilcox was the last defensive coordinator that seemed to get the most out of the talent we had. He didn’t do anything special but he at least gave us a chance to compete by putting guys in the right spot.
