Maybe Kentucky, no way MS does. I already heard about their records. No one is stating they were elite. They were a decent team we beat tonight with good coaching that made up for their overall lack of talent. Just celebrate our 6th straight win , will ya? The rebuilding effort continues tomorrow.
He's top half of the SEC in every matrix including wins this year. He's definitely an SEC caliber QB..
keep telling yourself that. He did what he did against teams that sucked and he sucked against the worst team Vandy. tell everybody what he did against Ga St and BYU,Ga,Fla and of course Bama. Dont use some BS stats against bad teams. Tell me another school in the SEC he would see the field on. Cant wait to hear thisHe's top half of the SEC in every matrix including wins this year. Has zero to do with frogs and everything to do with personnel. Gonna be an interesting off season.
Not hard for me to celebrate. I’m going to be a happy Vol until next season and be enthusiastic about the remaining recruits we sign on ESD. I’m through debating you , there is nothing else I can tell you.lol I’m glad we won. Just hard to celebrate. I hoped to see an improved, fired up team come out tonight. I didn’t get it. Maybe on defense. I’m hoping these woes will be cured with a QB that can just be average. Just not lose us the game. If we get even better than that I think we could be in a really good place. It’s just so hard to watch our offense right now. I think gray is a bright spot. The young receiver showed flashes tonight. I hope HB is what some are praying for.
Some fans only see the bad plays, some see both the bad and good. He also had 18 completions today, a few really good ones, folks on here acting like he was 0-20. You keep doing you, I could care less how negative the neverJG guys are. All the moaning and groaning and in the end every single one of you know JG is very likely to be the starter day1 next season. You want to moan about it for the next 9 months by all means go for it, I'm going to focus on the 3rd longest winning streak in the country currently behind LSU and Clemson. I can be excited about the direction of the program going into the 2020 season with the 2nd longest winning streak in the country regardless of what the neverJG think about Guarantano.you look at numbers all you want. JG is terrible. If you can’t use the eyeball test to see that then you should watch a new sport. I don’t care what his numbers say. If numbers always coincided with performance he wouldn’t have been benched 37 times this year. Get real.

You neverJG guys are an old narrative. Keep moaning though as you know deep down he's going to start next season as the starting QB. Tell me this, who has a longer winning streak at QB than JG going into the 2020 season?keep telling yourself that. I was talking good coaching in the IU side. I do not think the Qb management was good by Pruitt but for some inexplicable reason it worked again. I can’t explain it. The red zone play calling was suspect in the first half. Not a well played game on our part but I’m extremely happy with the win and what it brings to our program rebuild. I agree about JG, he is not the answer. I pray that HB is as good as advertised and wins the starter role as soon as possible next year.I did not see good coaching from anybody. I seen a desperate call on the onside kick and blitz and it would work and turn right around and go back to prevent and give up 20 yards. It was anything but good coaching. Glad for the win but this was not one of Pruitts better coaching games. If he trots out JG next year then he will put himself on the hot seat. Pruitt strikes me as the type to talk JG unto coming back.
If he is the starter next year , I doubt we will win 8 games like we did this year. Some fans only see the bad plays, some see both the bad and good. Lots of woulda, shoulda, coulda combined with a bunch of ifs and buts by all the NegaVols here tonight.I get what your saying, but I don’t get into that. Every team could say it for a few games. If KY has a real QB we prob lose that game. IF Tua stays healthy were never in that game. If IU had a kicker we were beat. See how that goes? Etc. Our record is what it is.

Just as I thought , you refuse to attempt to answer the questions. Stop acting as if Tennessee was playing Ga,Bama and LSU during that streak. Deep down I hope he leave because Pruitt is stupid enough to keep trotting him out there. The fans got more sense than Pruitt, you heard the crowd when JG was replaced. Only you and Pruitt was happy when JG came back in. If Bailey comes in and learns the system , which shouldnt be hard then Bailey starts day 1. He is already better than a 4 year JG and he is still in high school. Tells me all I need to know. WTG about dodging the questions. You neverJG guys are an old narrative. I don't love him so much but you guys act like every team in the country and the SEC is getting better QB play than we are. He's not elite, only a handful of teams have that type player. He's serviceable, he's better than the bottom half of the league and minus the top 4, he's on par with or better than everyone else. Great QBs don't grow on trees, hopefully we have one in Bailey who I think will definitely push for the starting job next season and both he and JG will play big roles. Our QB room will be as good as any other team in the league this spring and both JG and Bailey are the main reason.Thing is I’m not a neverJG person. He’s done some good things here but not sure why you love him so much. If he could be consistent it would be a different story. Maurer made the best pass of the night for the vols. The first drive he was in and threw to the sideline on third and long. It’s just time for JG to go. JG May start next year. But I bet you this. It won’t last long. This program can’t afford 2-3 QB changes a game and our coaches are smart enough to know that. Maurer or HB will develop and I predict both have higher ceilings. JG is what he is. I promise you JG will be riding the bench by mid season next year.
If HG can throw a screen pass I say roll with him. Look how bad JG is and he cant even read a defense and changes plays when there is no need in changing , not my words,Chaneys words. Ever ball JG throws almost has a chance to be a Int.I was talking good coaching in the IU side. I do not think the Qb management was good by Pruitt but for some inexplicable reason it worked again.
