No good way to put this one fellows: no bowl = bad season. I love what Butch is doing on the recruiting trail but we had to show something on the field. We regressed after the South Carolina win.

This recruitng class was based on legacies but I have a suspicion that next years will not be close to this given what i am seeing the field,

This team is a poorly coached football team - plain and simple.

It was almost like the commentators were begging us to throw. They must have pointed out 10 times how we weren't taking advantage of their backup secondary. And I hate to say it, but when Vandy had the ball with several minutes left its almost like you could feel the game winning drive.

Not really for me. Highly disappointed because we have to hear the James Franklin/Vandy "Anchor Down" gloating, but really I am not so sure we deserve to play in a bowl game. Dobbs not progressing well in the passing game is concerning.

I believe we will handle KY and then we just have to look to the future and the highly ranked class coming in. That is all we should do. This staff inherited the Dooley dumpster fire so it will take some time to put it out.
