This team needs a motivator and Martin is not that. During the game they were talking about how he played hard and tough but he sure doesn't coach that way. Bruce being back would be great but I am sorry it's unfortunately not going to happen. Team needs fire and fundamentals. Unless something changes drastically we will not be in the tourney again.
