If their is one consistency in baseball it is poor officiating. So many calls looked one way and called the other. Now, truth is sitting on my deck watching the game in Tennessee probably will not qualify to make those calls, technology is available to do so. MLB/Braves games have the strike box and at least it gives you a very good window for a correct call. If some of these officials/home plate umpires worked the MLB, they would be fired in heart beat. Please use available technology to clean up and make way more valid the officiating in NCAA, Ditto football and basketball. At least in swimming you have an electronic bar to touch.

They are a much more well rounded team than FSU. They won the ACC regular season. And they have a DUDE, Vance Honeycutt. Arguably the best player in UNC history and will be a top 5 pick. I suggest our pitching staff avoid him at all costs.

there was also a punt mishap by Arkansas that was totally and admitted to by the officials afterward. They accessed the wrong penalty, Should have given Tennessee a first down at the 2 yard line vs a safety.

Exactly!!! They get that call right and Stoerner never stumbles and fumbles bc we spend most of the 4th quarter ahead instead of behind.

The home-plate umpire last night was good. Griping about the officiating---what a shocker.

We sure need Beam to pitch like he did the last 2 seasons. He needs to give us at least 6 Good innings.

we need defense to wake up. 10-12 runs a game hide everything but they dis not play good defense in the super. cannot seem to turn the most routine of double plays
sure hope the thread for tomorrow game can get off the umpires. home plate was bad but both ways. Umpiring was bad last year. Complaining about umpire when game had been kicked pitched away all night was crazy.

if they do not play better they will lose next two..Plus they will need at least 6-7 runs to win.

We owe North Carolina an ass whipping for the Music City Bowl loss and a lot of close losses in men's basketball over the years.

That loss to North Carolina when Jerry Green was the head coach still stings.
