Drew up tomorrow, he pitched his best game last year against Candy, going 9 innings in a shutout while allowing only 2 hits. If the last two games doesn't inspire him for a repeat performance then I don't what would.

I said the same thing. I think Peterson is wrong on that. I feel like it’s 4 for pitchers because they don’t pitch every game so a 1 game suspension may not even affect them. 4 pretty much ensures they miss one.

I’m am far from an IT expert so wonder how accurate this is. It’s amazing technology, esp with late breaking balls, etc.

IT WAS CRAzy GOOD! We were down one heading to bottom of 1st. We had no runners on base with two outs and two strikes while their pitcher had only thrown 15 pitches.

I don’t want to spoil it for you but will say, “things began to change on the 16th pitch.”

To be fair, in the Florida game, I think they determined that CMO and the catcher kept jawing. So, the ump told both to knock it off. But yes, he has a bit of a target.

Ump needed to step in but the way he talked to CMo vs the UF catcher were completely different. CMo could see the umps fillings while UF got a normally, spaced conversation.

Here's the thing about ttomorrow.
If you start someone other than Beam and hit someone not only is that pitcher gone, Vitello is as well. If you start Beam and he gets kicked he's out for 4 as well. Just gotta move on from it.

Wouldn't you rather just sweep them ,that would hurt them worse than beaming someone,but if you rather beam them then do it rite throw at Bradfield there best player

Man I hope this game is what our boys needed to start having fun. Losing some games, dropping out of the 25. Hopefully it was enough to take the pressure off from trying to live up to last years team. It sure was fun to watch.

Why are there so many open seats? Our record? That will change if we win this series.

My son is a sophomore and has a ton of homework. Plus 11AM start isn’t the best for college kids.

From my very unofficial observation, not as many people there today as last night, but still a good house. Last night had many more people standing still in the first couple of innings. I’m sure television dictated the game time.

I missed the game today, but just put it on and am going to go along this thread like it’s in real time.
I was blown away when I saw the final score.

Vandy has to be kicking themselves. They could have put the Vols away last night and didn’t, and now the sleeping giant has awoken.
