We wanted some emotion, some fire from this team. We got it. Moore may have done more to set the tone for the rest of the season than these two wins. Now it's time for this team to have his back in game 3.

There was no reason he needed to put a pair of forearms in his back. He had access to the bag with just a foot. He had a free shot and he took it. Cheap shot pure and simple. If we weren't fighting for our season and I were pitching, I'd ear hole him and go have a beer in the student section.

Mississippi State almost had an epic meltdown at Auburn. They were up 11-3 headed to B9 and Auburn scored 7 runs before Mississippi State finally won 11-10. Wild.

They were dumb enough to start a right handed pitcher. When the other team makes that mistake, we load the lineup with our left handed studs.
