Same here. They weren’t going to at first. People had to call, wait forever on hold, and then argue/beg for a refund.

Yeah, I wasn't going to call. I'm sure there were others like me, but is it worth all the bad optics to save a couple bucks? It's not hard to do the right thing.

By the way @VolNExile I spoke with the family from Brevard this weekend. I was wondering how they got out for their honeymoon since we could not find a way in for the wedding. They spoke with an ambulance driver who knew the road conditions to direct them out. They had to even go through a cemetery to get out. Crazy!

We came through a pretty heavy storm coming out of Florida. Raining so hard people were down to about 30mph for a little bit.
