You are correct about both.
If you watch the video though, especially starting at about 33mins on, this guys firm of forensic analysts shows what some of the weaknesses are in the software, and explains some of the terminology for the different ways to cheat and change votes...and even to edit the record of audits, or changes, made to the totals...so that you leave no trace of being there changing votes
There is another video from him also doing an interview on the news. Kayleigh the spokesperson actually linked a video of him today on her Twitter. His company has been studying the fraud in elections since at least 2018...and he said 28 states besides Texas use that same software and servers.
I have also watched another video from the computer programming? Or computer science? Professor from Michigan...he hacks the exact same computers used in most states as voting machines, using the same software they use. He hacked one of them and turned it into a Pacman arcade game...all through the software.
We have far too many weaknesses. Our vote totals should be counted held on machines with 256 encryption. There is no excuse . None.
