It's a lot of work going through each post and policing it for what seems like 1 or 2 mods tops.

For instance, it probably takes a bit longer for the many instances where I've called you an uneducated knuckledragger to be flagged than when you post the first result you find of "Imane Khelif balls" on a Google image search.

What if this person was born with an intersex condition and the female organs are more pronounced or dominant?

Should this person be automatically disqualified because they may show both male and female chromosomes? Should we subject them to invasive and embarrassing procedures to prove beyond all doubt? Who's curiosity would we be satisfying, and what purpose would it serve?

Now the real question is what advantages would this give someone? And how do we handle it?

Blanket statements like it's a man, they should box with men are useless here. It looks like this person has a rare condition that requires discretion and respect. How to handle it can be debated. Demeaning them for a condition they can't control is low brow and undignified.

Absolutely ban intersex. It makes everything much simpler. Make them a category of the special Olympics.

Lia Thomas was born a biological male, and went by another name (I assume William).

She now identifies as a transgender female. She is not a biological female, and I do not believe she belongs in a pool vs biological females.

But I will respect her choice of name and pronouns. Her going by Lia hurts no one.

He can identify as a cocker spaniel for all I care. I do not have to respect nor encourage his mental illness however by referring to him as a woman. And yeah it does hurt someone... it hurts all those women that have worked hard to get to that level only to be beaten by a delusional, cheating man.
