The Reds Thread Part 2: Rally time

Hell, might as well get on it, not like they are winning anything this season.
If you are going to suck, try to suck the hardest.

On the Stephenson front, things are looking better.
Robert Stephenson, the Reds’ No. 1 pick, is at Great American Ball Park tonight. I talked to him briefly. He said he has not signed yet.
“I haven’t been involved in the negotiations,” he said.
But he said he had to come here for a physical. That’s usually a prelude to getting a deal done.
The deadline is Monday at midnight.
Stephenson, a right-handed pitcher from Alhambra High School in Martinez, Calif., was the 27th pick overall.
Stephenson was 7-2 with 1.33 ERA , 132 strikeouts, 23 walks and 29 hits allowed over 64 innings. He was named the San Jose Mercury News’ Gatorade California Baseball Player of the Year. He was rated by Baseball America as the 25th-best prospect in this year’s draft.
