The Sub Sandwich Hierarchy

I welcome, anyone to buy their (Publix) Philly sub sandwich, if you don't think its the best Philly you ever put in your mouth for the amount of $ you spend, return it and get your money back. I promise you will love it that much.

I tried firehouse last night for the first time ever and went with the firehouse sub.

Hands down the best sub I've ever eaten.

Blimpies is not getting enough love on here. I like JJs and JMs, but I also dig a Blimpies Best from time to time.

I like Publix subs. I usually get the Italian sub with boar's head, provolone, oregano, parmesan, onion and black olives.

I hate olives. I can't even eat something that had olives on it if I pick them off. The awfulness lingers

Am I the only one who considers Lenny's to be absurdly expensive? A large sandwich from there comes out to over $14 by itself and, despite being "15 inches," fills me less than a $5 footlong from Subway. Frankly, priced equally, I'd still prefer Subway by a large margin.

Oh my.

Glad to see that they are building a firehouse sub in Clarksville on Wilma Rudolph/Close to Pamera Bread and Verizon store.

That's the price of a medium pizza, F that

I don't think that Lenny's is bad or anything, and perhaps I've never had one of their "better" sandwiches. But, as someone who doesn't enjoy overloading their sub with every ingredient under the sun but wants a variety of sauces and toppings from which to choose, Subway reigns supreme.

I won't eat there anymore. How hard is it to f up a sandwich? Well, you start with consistently using nasty bread.
