That is why it is so important that the Dems maintain control of the Senate. They have to stop the appointment by Trump of pure loyalists, who would do anything to help Trump complete the coup he attempted last time.

Only coup attempt was the DNC with their sham impeachments of a POTUS using fraudulent evidence...that's a coup attempt

at some point you have to realize you are scared of your own shadow here.

But both ends of the bench seem ready and willing to strike a murderous hammer blow to this outrageous practice.

Alito needs to recuse himself on all Trump cases. This kind of flag upside down crap just kills confidence in the Court's impartiality.

Nice dodge. Answer the point. You can't have Supreme Court Justices making overtly political statements like this. If the Dems get control of the House and Senate they ought to impeach him. Throw him off the bench.

All partiality has no business in the judicial system, wouldn’t you agree? The extreme partiality in the New York case must go. Wouldn’t you agree?

Not a question of "rules." No one could anticipate that you'd have to tell a Supreme Court justice not to fly a flag upside down to support an attempted insurrection.

If you have to have a rule for that, all is lost.

The upside down flag has been used long before. Trying to tie it to Jan 6 is weak and clearly a concerted effort from the left. If you read more it seems to have come from a neighbor disagreement and not since nefarious insurrection (can't believe you all still use that word)

that is a symbol of distress, not insurrection. Obviously, it was distress as it was worst event since Civil War
