The second part of your post is true. Where he could f the NFL is if he can prove collusion not to sign him. That’s against the CBA agreement. And his attorney is Mark Geragos. I don’t see him taking on losing cases. Now combine that with the fact of how horrible QB play has been for many teams. Kap would be a starter in this league. I mean Jesus peterman has started how many games? I know he was benched last week but come on.He was a bit above average for a short time and eventually found his spot as a backup. He’s not in the league due to his own doing and I can’t see any team taking a chance on him as he’s surely declined even more. Not to mention the circus he will bring.

And he doesn’t have to prove the whole league was against him. Two emails or text messages between two owners will be enough. He is going to get paid.
Nor do I. As a matter of fact, Americans have stupidly short memories. That is why Nike knew that hiring that idiot would be good for business..... eventually. No such thing as bad advertising. Just ask President of the United States, Donald J Trump.
The idiots stayed in the locker room. There was no blatant disrespect for the country that allows them to earn millions just for playing a game. The shows how unpopular the kneeling was.Nike hired him long before the controversy. I don't think short memories have anything to do with it (you actually think anybody forgot?). Some people eventually get over their teenage angst, but I think it has more to do with the NFL having an exciting season.
Meh. Your 'teenage angst' comment is precious.Nike hired him long before the controversy. I don't think short memories have anything to do with it (you actually think anybody forgot?). Do you think there might be other factors that may have driven the tix sales? Maybe an economy that isn't as strong as advertised? Maybe the outrage price of tix?TV ratings up 5%, ticket sales down 50%. I'd call that a loss.
If the blackout rule were still in effect 85% of the games wouldn't be televised locally.
This is why Jerry Jones didn't want Goodell to get that massive contract renewal.
