Almost half of PGA Tour players surveyed, think Tiger will win 4 or more Majors

Tiger is not immune to what all professional golfers go through, which is why they call it the second season. Body, hand/eye coordination, eyesight changes, nerves, etc. - all of it starts changing as a guy nears 40. That's where Tiger finds himself. Nicklaus was one of the few that adjusted and successfully made the swing changes to keep it going. But even he struggled at times, especially with his putting. Sam Snead was another. Whether Tiger can make the adjustment sufficiently to go on and win the majors remains to be seen. Of all the issues that will affect it the most it has to be that left knee that has been through several serious surgeries. It just becomes more and more difficult as we age to maintain the right spine angle throughout the swing when the left knee in particular gets weaker.

My personal favorite was Colin Montgomery opining as to why Tiger isn't winning majors .... because he's an expert and all about how to do it.

Aside from the fact most aren't very realistic in the expectations they have from a golfer Tiger would do much better just playing golf instead of playing "golf swing".

Lee Trevino had the best advice: “My suggestion to Tiger Woods, which I don’t know will ever happen, is he’s got to look at the film of when he started winning all those tournaments and go right back to what he was doing and get rid of all those people.”
