Not the best presentation. Big plate with food scattered about, unless Volly devoured half of it by then.

Was thinking the same thing about the presentation (not about Volly nom, nom, noming and scarfing down the plate)

Not like stuff I've seen on Masterchef or Hells Kitchen

ETA: Since when do radishes go with tuna?

I'm not a foodie by any means, but it didn't look right.

If you can eat more ahi than what they had on that plate you're better than I am. :lol: It's soooo rich. Was the perfect amount of everything for a starter, I thought.

It was very good. I have never had it cooked the way they cooked it today as for as the marriade they had it in. Not even sure what it was but very tasty.
