I cannot wait to be in that stadium tomorrow night!! I am soooo thankful that my ankle is just swollen, and doesn't bother me when I walk. So lucky!! I wouldn't miss this game for anything.

Mornin' y'all. Gotta work till six today, but that means I didn't have to come in until 8:30.
Looks like I may be going to the game Saturday by myself. May have an extra ticket if anyone wants to make the drive.

I know what you mean. You have those times where there is always something to do. It's nice sometimes just have be able to do nothing if you want.

Y'all going to be traveling a lot for the holidays this year?

Having an engagement party at work for a guy at work today. Lunch will be catered in. Not sure what yet. Been too busy to go find out.

Sounds fun jhen. I'm eating canned soup for lunch today. It's date night and I haven't figured out where I want to go yet. Want something healthy and something good.

I'm just tired of spending 6-8 hours of my weekend in the car. It's great because of all we have done - hiking, football games, seeing family, but this weekend will be nice.

Plenty, I can't wait for January, just to get through the holidays and traveling.

  • 11/27 - Travel to Charleston for Thanksgiving
  • 11/30 - cake testing (just throwing that in)
  • 12/1 - Travel to York, SC (not far from Charlotte, but it is where we chop down our Christmas tree, so on the way back to Charlotte from Charleston)
  • 12/07 - Travel to Charleston for my nephew's 1st birthday and one of my bridesmaid's wedding shower - both at 3 p.m. :banghead2:
  • 12/14- Luckily in town for my company's party
  • 12/21 - travel to Charleston for Christmas celebration come back Sunday since I have to work Monday
  • 12/25 - travel to Atlanta for Christmas celebration
  • 12/28 - travel for Christmas celebration with his family (place is TBD - possibly also Atlanta)

Should make for a laid back afternoon. Just found out it's mexican.(because they were bringing it in the door while I was up there) They do a pretty good job. Steak, chicken, and shrimp for fijitas and pulled chicken and beef for tacos, along with all the fixins.

Oh yeah,..... Going fishing tonight!!! Gonna be chilly, but not too bad. I can deal with upper 40s after midnight.

Wow.

We normally travel a little bit for Christmas but this year we told everyone that we were having Christmas at our house. So this year we won't really be traveling much. Maybe to Maryville, TN on Christmas Eve if I don't have to work.
