Their should be a court of common sense. However if you want to be legalistic, logically bringing up a crap case against someone can be inferred as fraud and attempting to fraud the system.

I think house 1 and 2 are mirror images, but they don't have pictures of the inside of 1. House 3 has the best inside, best backyard, and backs up to trees. House 2 has been on the market since July, highest priced.

Welp... the other parts advisor quit after lunch today. No notice or anything. Right before my vacation next week. This is going to be fun!! I am going to Chili's after work and drinking a beer... or 12.

Ever since they gave me more responsability my mornings have been shot and it's cuttin' into my Volnation time too.

Back yard would be nice for a dog.

There is another guy that can come cover while I'm gone but he doesn't know everything so it will limit them

I plan on talking to them in the next day or two and seeing what kind of pay plan they can come up with.

Good. When you do, have specific examples of how you're making/saving them money. Your productivity (because of your experience), your efficiency (because of your experience), etc.

House 1 - most expensive and the worst on the inside, had lovely popcorn ceiling, and this was built I think around 2006 or so. :blink:

House 2 - Awful layout, and the backyard had an incline going up, so the back neighbors were at an angle above you. There was a drain pipe in the back yard. Did not like that and the possibilities. There is a reason why this house has been on the market since July.

House 3 - We loved everything about it.

We loved house 3. Yesterday was the first day on the market and they were supposed to have a ton of showings, but cancelled them all to start showings today. Somehow they forgot about us and our realtor. We showed up, but the homeowners were willing to quickly leave and let us view it. Our realtor thinks it is priced to sell and there will be plenty of offers today. She thought we should go full price, which we do not want to do. So we decided this morning to give a low offer, and see what happens, knowing that we could be outbid, declined, or countered. We will at least have the first offer in..:birgits_giggle:

Mornin' y'all. Got some help this morning. Makes things nicer.

Volly thanks for all the ideas. Any ideas or help I can get will make things easier when I go to them to get my new pay plan

Windy... I have been where you are with a house. It's not fun. We looked for two years before we were able to find what we wanted and needed. Don't get down. You have to look at it as those houses aren't the ones you are supposed to be in. I know that's not easy.
