Good first half in the Duke/NC State game.

I have to admit though, watching this game is about like determining who to root for in a clash between Taliban and al-Qaeada forces. At least one of them has to lose.

Who the hell knows. I've always wondered the same as well. On the one hand, I would love to criticize him for it, because basically every other coach in America does the halftime interview when confronted, but then again, maybe he's just one of those guys that's so zoned in concerning what he will have to say to his guys at the half, that he doesn't want to be bothered. I had a professor like that. Very different, obviously, but he didn't want anyone approaching him within an hour of class time due to the fact that he was having to get "zoned in" on what he was going to say in his lecture.

Good game thus far. This year's ACC tourney has been a good one. Even that debacle of a performance by UNC ended up meriting a "clinched fist" ending against Pitt.

Had UNC won the ACC Tourney, I would say that it would be hard to ignore Roy as the ACC Coach of the Year. Obviously, that didn't happen. Win or lose today (and looking like he will win), there is no doubt now that Bennett deserves the award. Just an outstanding coaching job.

ESPN just showed a stat that the state of NC has not gone three years without a representative school as the tourney champ. This will be the first time. That's an incredible run.

Sulaimon just got hit with a technical. Wow! What a surprise! One of the most spoiled little ****s ever to grace a Duke roster, which is really saying something.

Congratulations to Virginia! I'm no Hoo fan, but this one has been a long time coming.

Whether you were a Hoo, a Heel, a Blue Devil, or whatever, I think there's one thing we can all agree on about the end of this ACC basketball season: it's good to finally put an end to what was surely the worst year for conference officiating.

Oh, and it's going to be magnificent, so to speak, watching Duke get a 2 seed while Virginia gets a 3 tonight. haha! It's going to happen though.

UVA will get a 2. They are a very good team and deserve at least that. Congrats to them for a great season so far.

Lunardi currently projecting UVA as a 1 seed. He may be right. Honestly, they're deserving. It's just that all week we've heard about Duke being a 2 seed and UVA being a 3, despite the records.

And I'm not trying to be an ass, but did I see K crossing himself before the game today? Does he always do that? If so, that's a bunch of crock.

Yes he does. I don't actually know why it bothers you so much, but that last sentence is like you channeled your inner-Roy.
