Lol, bellwether. The American electorate can’t see past blaming whoever is in office for their own troubles. It’s why we always predictably swing like a pendulum from Republican control to Democrat. Pretending it’s some kind of stand on principle is ridiculous.

What did all these people expect when they elected a far-left local government? These clowns sent my wife one of these bills for our business, which is especially hilarious since we haven't operated in the city in a year and a half. We sent them a kind "pound sand and go away" letter in return.
