The Walking Dead

What was it that they mentioned on TD?

The people that died were his wife and kids before he was going to kill himself.

This is the part they said on talking dead that made me open my eyes to the situation. Kind of an important part to just leave out. The guys Abraham beat to death in the beginning were actually his neighbors and supposed friends that he trusted. He found them raping his wife.

On TTD, the actor that plays Abraham said that it was following what happened in the comics, but wasn't really implied in the episode.

They were probably moving, just too far away for you to see.

I think you've spent too much time in the Football forum Jalen. You herd? :)

I think the zombie herd we saw last season(the one where Tyreese goes nuts) before they made it to Terminus was way bigger.

I almost thought he was going to shoot himself when he walked away from the bus. Still might I suppose.

Was anybody else buying the zombies being killed by a fire hose?

Also wanted to add that the grandpa zombie coming through the bus window was awesome!
I haven't read the comics and I called Eugene not knowing the cure as well as Eugene shooting the truck so they couldn't go on. The "self help" joke was the first time I think I've laughed hard when I was watching TWD. Tara is hot and give me one night with her and she won't be a lesbian anymore. I hope they don't kill her off.

Funny you mention grandpa zombie. When he came through that window I looked at my girlfriend and said look at that awesome beard on that zombie lol. It was a nice touch.

As for a fire hose, I am a firefighter and I can believe it. Eugene was using the smooth bore master stream on top of the truck. It'll knock you on your ass if it wasn't for how heavy it is designed. It's actually designed to be placed on the ground and it locks onto the ground. A regular fire hose is powerful enough, but a master steam will send a guy flying if he gets in the way. With all the rot it is plausible.

Wasn't that hard to figure out

The neighbors part was pretty hard. I just recall them showing him leaning over them and bashing their heads in. It didn't show why. And it was hard to figure out why (outside the head bashing) she would run away from him.

So she leaves him?

BTW, anybody else find it weird Maggie seems to not GAF about Beth missing. It's like they are ignoring she's her sister.

I think the Maggie/Beth thing is a byproduct of the zombie apocalypse...after the prison scattering there were preparations mentally that they never see each other again...sad but practical.

The whole groups gets back together except Beth though.

If she had just been raped, she was probably very freaked out and seeing him that violent may have pushed her over the edge.on the show the talking dead, Abraham actually address that saying that the kids and wife had only seen him at home. They had not seen him as "active military" and what he had to do as part of his job. The interesting thing to me is that he had a knife strapped to his side, but he chose to beat them to death with his bare hands and a can.

Very likely true.
After what they saw and experienced with terminus, she may just assume that Beth is very dead at this point.

They have done little to build the characters of Rosita and Tara. They are definitely "Star Trek redshirts" who go down to the planet, but will not return with the away team.

Rosita dies and Abraham will kill every body.

Fair enough. But she was searching for Glenn like a mad woman, and never even mentioned looking for Beth. Also you would think she would demand more of an answer from Daryl than, "she was with me then she wasn't"

Yup, needs to get Tara to LIVE with them too :)
Maybe that could be her angle to get a bigger part in the show, become Bi- :salute:

Not too much to ask! Cute lesbians need to be more open minded! Maybe Eugene piqued her curiosity?

When Daryl says something like that? I don't want details.

If it's my sister I'd want to know what happened. Plus he thinks she's possibly alive, pretty crap move. IMO I would also be looking for me sister over some random chick. But it's not like anyone really cares that Beth isn't around either. Lol

I saw another sneak peak at next week's episode on TTD. It showed Daryl caring out a body, wrapped in a sheet and laying the body in a fire.

The body was small, so it was likely a female. Could it be Beth? Why would you burn the body of a stranger like that? You would think that someone would do that with someone that they cared about, if you could not bury them.

I thought the same thing at first, wasn't Carol pretty beat up at the end of the episode 2 weeks ago? She looked normal in that clip. She said thank you to Daryl, so possibly someone she new personally but Daryl didn't? I think the next episode will be what happened to her and Daryl, with it ending with her being brought in the hospital matching up with the Beth episode.

1. This herd is much larger than the terminus herd. Looks like it was possibly a dairy, drawn in by all the cows.

2. Fire hose can knock you down at full bore, could see it tearing apart the older decaying Walkers.

3. Wow, I thought Coug was short for Cougar. Guess not, hehe. :)

I don't know man, the herd last season was very dense and that's just what we could see through the trees.

Except it wasn't JUST the wife they raped.

That zombie was just cool all around. They had him cutting his stomach open on the broken glass too. I guess perhaps with the rot it could have worked.

Maybe Maggie was tired of Beth singing too? :)

What's worse than Beth singing? Abraham humming the entire show. Surprised Jerry wasn't on top of that. :p

He told that only to Rick on screen I thought.

I'm thinking/hoping it isn't Beth. The body almost looked too small to be her even. Plus he didn't say anything before he just dropped the body in the fire. I'd think if that were Beth some words would have been said.

It was kind of a creepy hum so it's all good. randomly breaking into show tunes after people get killed is obnoxious. Lol Plus Abraham's character is a bad azz so he gets a pass, Beth is well Beth. Just be glad I haven't mentioned Ricks limp wristed gun carrying this season.:)
