It actually does get critical acclaim; just because it doesn't get Emmys doesn't mean it doesn't get hailed as a good show. The critical reviews of TWD are the majority good.

I don't hate Robert Pattinson as much as most people, but I'm guessing he just doesn't fit the role. I haven't read the comics, so I'm not in on this inside joke.

I agree. People hate on him because of twilight, but I think he's alright. I like him in the movies I've seen him in.

With the exception of Twilight, in which everything regarding it blows, I don't think the guy is that bad at all. def more of an inside joke to the comic readers as he's not remotely like the character at all. especially regarding the comments "he makes" in the article about playing said character. it'd be like Taylor Llama...I mean Lautner being cast as the Governor.

That wasn't a spelling error, that was on purpose. He's Gabrielle. :)

More than likely in October unless they decide to add more episodes like they did in season 3. I think they should just go to 22 episodes.

I think 16 is the right number. People already whine about filler episodes at that number.

Well AMC might not even do 22 episode seasons of shows so you guys might be right anyway.

I'm fine with 16 episodes seasons. I just wish they didn't split them up. I'd rather get all 16 together and then just wait till the next year.

I know what you're talking about and I agree. Not only does it turn a year long break into a 6.5 month break but it avoids most of the holiday tv madness. Christmas, New Years, Superbowl, College football bowl games and college playoff, etc.
