The Weightlifters Thread

Hard to motivate myself to work out Friday after I get off work.... Hmmmmmmm..... How can I convince myself to go in and work out?
 
Supplement guys, do you all know anything about a supplement called the double dragons or something like that? Apparently pills you take twice a day for a month or so.

My friend has been taking it for like 2 weeks and has been raving about it. I tried to research it, but couldn't find anything.

Anyone on here taken/heard anything about them?

Yeah, thanks guys. They are prohormones. I've decided against trying. Heard there are some pretty bad side effects or at least there can be.
 
Rebounded from the Memorial Day debacle. I'm down a total of 24 pounds as of this morning. Shifting gears this week and doing some total body circuits. Two great workouts down already this week.
 
Headed home. Too much yuckiness, ate like one big meal a day. Ready to hit it hard when I get back.

The no alcohol thing is gonna be tough.
