most of the players are African=American so the team needs more African-American coaches
You proved what we already knew. Black people are more racist than white people.

Only racist White people would ever make a ridiculous asinine statement like this. The country was built on White racism. Any way you want to measure it people of color are discriminated against. Look at hiring practices , the judicial system or anywhere else and its plain to see.

FBI — Uniform Crime Reporting
Whites still rule when it comes to committing acts of crime in this country.
There have been a number of sports media members who have commented numerous times that there needs to be more black coaches (in NFL) because they relate better to black players. I would say that these same individuals would say the same about college coaching.
So.... Serious question - Considering that approx 60% of the NFL is made up of "minority" athletes, should NFL coaching staffs have the same % of minority coaches on their staffs? Why? Should this be applicable in college as well?
Just asking....
How is the percent of black athletes relevant to the percent of black coaches?
If 100% of ppl working in a mill where white, should that mill only consider white candidates for management?
When paid millions of dollars in the NFL, I have a feeling none of the players have issues "relating". If so, then you just cut them and find someone who can relate with your white coach.
It all started for me when I was in junior high school. I was the center and middle linebacker on the football team and one of my friends in school (who was a black guy) asked me to come by his house after school to socialize. When we went in his mother was in the kitchen and my friend introduced me as a guy on the schools football team and her first response was "why you bringing that white boy into our house". I live in Memphis and I see hatred for white people on a daily basis. That's all I got right now.State your case. Should be interesting. American history is replete with vivid examples.
