I'm right there with you. Storms matches since becoming champion are booked this way. 10-15 minute matches that might as well be on Dynamite or Collision. If Tony can't or doesn't like booking women, leave it to someone who can. The build-up to the match was too good to be that anticlimactic. If they're going to bring in Mercedes Mone, they are going to have to do a better job with the women.Good finish. But the match felt routine. I'm tired of the token 15 minute women's championship matches. This is a world championship match. Do you not think that the women's championship matches count as much as the men's? Book it right!!
I want to see world championship matches that bring something out in the competitors. I mean, do you not think the men's match is going to be all over ringside and bloody and a marathon, not a sprint? It just feels like the women are an afterthought.
The best women's roster in the world (in my opinion) and we get a ho hum routine match. I love Toni and Deonna, but this was a waste of their talents. Give me freaking Britt and Rosa all day long if this is what we are going to get.
Rant over.
I can't agree with this more. The build up was for this masterpiece of wrestling. And we all know they can deliver. But it was just... MehI'm right there with you. Otherwise, good show.
Come on bro. You can't believe that. Not even close. They are all "sports entertainers" heavily assisted by quick camera cuts and angle switches. There are not many women's wrestlers that have the pedigree and background that Toni, Deonna, Jamie Hayter, Tessa have.No way. Sasha/Mercedes, Bianca, Rhea, Tiffany Stratton is already better, imo. Might even throw Bayley and Iyo in there.

Bayley yes, I can agree with that. But the others you listed are just products. As much as I love Bianca and Sasha, and even Britt. They are not wrestlers. Look at the body type. That tells you everything. Most are just eye candy that have a little bit better than average body control.
And it doesn't matter anyway because none of them are named Tessa Blanchard. That is the standard. The bar. It's just a shame that she has been blackballed in the US. I hate the things that she said and did, it's despicable. But her in ring talent is unmatched.
I'd put Rhea in the argument. Not so much on the other 3. Sasha at one time, but not anymore. I prefer Io, Asuka, and Bayley to them. But "best wrestler" has some pretty nebulous criteria. It's not just about in ring acumen. It's really subjective and has a lot to do with booking.Come on bro. You can't believe that. Not even close.
