I would enjoy that card.

The fact AJ vs Shinsuke is happening I can’t really complain too much but the rest of the card is lackluster to me outside of the Asuka match.

Also if Roman does indeed main event WM again, superstars should just aim to be the runner up in the RR as that’s how you main event WM apparently.

Honestly, with how long WM is now, it's probably better to not be towards the main event. With the last 2 manias being 7 hours long (including the kickoff show), the crowd is literally drained by the time the last couple matches happen.

Yeah A WM is a bit too long. Lol I’m just a traditionalist. The winner of the RR should be in the main event. But that hasn’t always been the case in the last several years.

But it could also be flipped. If Styles and Nakamura go on somewhere in the middle of the show and tear the house down the crowd will for sure be drained after that. One could argue that it being on last will give the crowd something to stay hyped for. But all in all you’re probably right. Lol

I wish people would stop saying the wrestlers in the attitude era are better then today’s . It’s honestly not even close

Guy's who are mid carders now would be elite talents back then. The athleticism alone is insane. Hell look at guys like Almas. He's freaking 28. Insanely young as well.

I will say there were more larger than life characters in the attitude era.

I miss the days of people truly hating the heels. Like hearing stories of fans actually pulling guns and knives on them, they hated them that much. The internet changed all that, unfortunately.

*I don't want people to still be pulling weapons, that's not the point I'm trying to make.

I don't think i ever hated anybody as much as I hated Triple H back in the day. But as soon as he turned face, I liked him. That probably had more to do with me being a little kid though lol.

IMO, Triple H and Vince are the best heels ever.

Attitude era was all about crazy edgy storylines and memorable crazy characters. But the in ring work couldn’t hold a candle to today’s product.

So. Now it’s up to WWE to combine the best of both eras. Guys like Velveteen Dream and Elias who have over the top characters but are also very solid in ring shows it can be done.

Oh and NXT was a blast. Can’t stress enough, get to these WWE Live events. Being on TV on RAW is fun but I truly enjoy the non televised events more. Wrestlers are just way more loose and have so much more freedom to say whatever and interact with the crowd.


Velveteen Dream was awesome. Kassius Ohno and Roderick Strong really went above and beyond what they had to and put on an excellent match. Bianca Blair and Ember Moon had a nice little match as well.

I don't buy it. There have always been athletic guys.

No current midcarder would take a spot from Austin, Rock, Foley, HHH, Michaels, Angle, Hart, Undertaker, Kane etc. They were all there at roughly the same time.
