something i did yesterday and today while home and my son recovering from wisdom teeth. We've had backyard drainage issues forever because of how our plot slopes. First step was to edge patio with gravel and a small channel drain with pvc the pushes water towards my eventual main drain which isnt done yet. That's part two. How you gonna do the main drain for all the run off? You gonna put a clamp on that connector boot at the main drain? That duct tape looks a lil bo bo

it has a clamp. I used some duct tape for extra hold. I'm digging another trench that has catch basins that connect to a pop up emitter

Upgraded the master bath counter and faucets. The builder of this house must have had a thing for black granite. Every counter top was black. In the bath the floor tiles are black as well. So, I changed out the vanity counter to a white with a splash of black.

Added new facuets and of course had to play for a long time adjusting the plumbing underneath. I went to HD and bought 3 different trap kits, to ensure I did not have to make more than one trip to get it right. Worked fine... now I just need to return the ones I did not open.

I missed being around, but I think the break was healthy for me. I’m ready for football! At any rate something that keeps all the cereal stuff down on the field, where it ought to be.

We’re hoping to lure back our carpenter to redo our deck and add a glass door from our bedroom. Ancient Kitty will appreciate it, if she continues to hang in there that long.
