No, actually after frigging months of non stop, I’m just now really paying attention and slowing down a bit (for the moment and they know NOT to mess with me during football season). I know I have typed crap on here to look like I’m current, I’m blaming it on old woman syndrome and I’ll hang my hat on that until someone calls me out on it.Dang, girl, are you just now home from work??

Just gonna say this: I think your employer is using (exploiting) the hell out of you, and I think you have an amazing range of skills that would be perfect for any number of roles outside of your current industry, and I think that you should accept that you’ve gone WAAAY above and beyond any obligation you think you have to your patients/ residents and your co-workers and that it’s time to set some serious work/ life boundaries. No, actually after frigging months of non stop, I’m just now really paying attention and slowing down a bit (for the moment and they know NOT to mess with me during football season). Talking it over with the family and thinking about it over the weekend. At this time I believe I'll take it. Really good insurance at half the cost of the wife's employer. Wish the money was $4 - $5k more per year but the older I get, the less I care about the money. Rather have a better work/life balance than money.Nice! Is it good enough? Do you think you’ll take it?
I don’t know or think about that, sure I’m human and thought about it over the last 11+, but attachment is a hard thing to overcome. Thank goodness I haven’t. Take *******. Been in memory care for awhile, now hospice (you know what that means ). Never fails, I go back to see her, stroke her hair and I quietly sing to her my made up song. She always smiles and kisses me on my cheek or forehead. I have to stop now.Just gonna say this: I think your employer is using (exploiting) the hell out of you, and I think you have an amazing range of skills that would be perfect for any number of roles outside of your current industry, and I think that you should accept that you’ve gone WAAAY above and beyond any obligation you think you have to your patients/ residents and your co-workers and that it’s time to set some serious work/ life boundaries.
There are a TON of employers who would pass out in delight at having someone like you come on board.
