Hmm Brisket sounds nice, but I am home almost alone this weekend, think it's time for me and the Dog to head for Choo Choo.

Choo Choo is just Don's when your too lazy to cook/smoke yourself (same owner isn't it?) .....so I guess I'll do that. Unless I don't know something, Don's isn't selling smoked are they? I mainly go there for steaks and frozen biscuits.

Yes it’s the same people. That’s why they share a parking lot.
Both are really good I’m just a home body. But no…Don’s doesn’t have anything smoked

Flipped a coin between the Friday thread and this one, and here I am:

Clicked “submit” on the final exam for my Environmental Biology Intro to Environmental Science course an hour and a half ago. Woo-hoo!

A 4-hour survey course with lab crammed down to 8 weeks from the original 16 weeks, fully online/ asynchronous; OMG, never again. 1690597551807.gif
Edit: my brain is so fried that I didn’t even remember the course title
