Reached $2,500 in donations for St. Jude Marathon this weekend (Doing 10K)

Got bribed by my former boss into taking one of the last half-marathon spots. I'm not sure how happy I'll be 24 hours from now but it's for a good cause.

Was it a loin or a tenderloin? Looked like a loin roast. I find those harder to cook than a TL. They dry out unless you wrap them pretty quick.

It is a little dry compared to a shoulder, but the flavor and texture are very good.
