Cignetti won big at JMAD, took a good many JMAD players with him, and now has Indiana at a level they never dreamed of. He will be National Coach of the year. Indiana didn't want to lose him to the likes of Okla, Usc, Lsu, Fsu, ect. To accomplish what He has is nothing short of amazing. The Hoosiers play well EVERY week, even with the backup QB. (Tayven Jackson) "I win football games". Yes he does.

(they play the game on grass) Even if they do, it won't diminish what Cignetti has done in his first season. Whenever I hear all the excuses for a bad performance, I look no further than Indiana. I think “time and place” have been very good to Indiana this year. I think if you gave them a mid-tier SEC schedule they would easily have lost 3-4 games so far. I would imagine that 5 years down the road Indiana will be questioning that contract.
