The performance you just saw was a classic Alabama/Georgia type dominant performance along the lines of scrimmage. Nico and receivers didn't even play that well and we won by 40+ points against a ranked opponent.

The best stat for measuring a dominant team isn't actually scoring margin (which can be susceptible to turnovers) but rather yardage differential. Our yardage differential thru 2 games has to be one of the best in the country. We're not just winning games by a lot of points. We're literally not allowing our opponent to move the ball while moving the ball at will with our offense.

We can play with anyone in the country. We look like a national championship caliber team.

Think the team is still a little ways away from being a finished product, but I am feeling way less the sky is falling like I felt around this same time last year.

Three SEC teams have separated themselves from the pack so far:

Georgia, Texas, and Tennessee

As dominant as Tennessee looked today, Texas and Georgia have far more impressive wins and Georgia has been Heupel's kryptonite so far. We will see.

Verdict is still out on Ole Miss (hasn't played anyone yet), Missouri (same as Ole Miss), and Alabama (struggled with USF but chance to shine next week @ Wisconsin).
LSU, OU, Auburn, and Texas A&M haven't looked good and UF and UK have looked down right terrible.

I think Nc State could hang or possibly beat Michigan. Clemson is awful as well. They both have better wins but only slightly.

Georgia has been everyone’s kryptonite. Of course we got room for improvement but so far we look pretty stout on both sides of the ball. One game at a time. We for sure got a dangerous team if we put it all together. Lots of tough games but we’re tough too! GBO

Not Alabama. Alabama has pretty much been their kryptonite. They have 2 loses over last 3 seasons and it was to Alabama both times. They have only beaten Alabama once since Kirby Smart has been there (it was in the Title game).

They have to travel to Alabama and Texas. All of a sudden, Georgia's schedule looks more daunting.
