How did he "destroy" teams that he was on? What have the teams he was on done the year before and after he was gone?

How is TO a media whore?.. Better yet.. how is he trash?

TO not a media whore? Come on, now.

Dude in his prime had mad skills. But he will be remembered for being a clown.

He's unprofessional, and a piece of trash.

If you have not figured out "to" is starved for attention over the past 5 years, you hadnt been paying close enough attention.

que the T.O. crying claiming, "Thats my quarterback" clip.

Here's a list of things of things TO hasn't done:

1. Taken the ball out of the ball boy's hands and punted it in the middle of practice.

2. Shot himself in the leg at a club.

3. Slapped/Choked a chick.

4. Killed someone while driving drunk.

5. Shot someone and then the victim gets killed a couple weeks later after talking with ESPN.

6. Made it rain.

So excuse me if I don't find him crying on national tv and arguing with his coaches on the sidelines after stupid playcalls a reason to hate him and think he's trash.

You named trash, too. Not disagreeing with that.

But it comes in many forms.

He's a tool, a braggert, and egocentric team killer, a cancer in the locker room, a headache for Coaches (The Tuna wouldnt even refer to him by his name) and a liabillity on the field. There was a point recently that to couldnt catch a cold, much less a football.

He's passed his prime, and his act is tired.

IF Owens could just shut up and play, work on catching the ball as hard as he does his ego, and make a basic effort to be a team player, he would have a great shot at getting into Canton. As it stands, nobody wants to deal with his attitude. The guy's a physical freak, great speed and strength. But the block of cement resting on his shoulders is by far his biggest liability.

I thought from the start, that going to the Bills was nothing more than a stunt to put butts in the seats for a year, and then he'd move on own his own. Little did they know I suppose, how medicore his performance would be, thus the lack of need to retain him. Now he's adrift, as he most likely planned on being, but I dont see GM's falling over themselves to deal with him..

We could continue to argue his shortcomings as a "peice of garbage" or not, but the real issue still stands, it doesnt look like anyone is really interested anymore. For whatever reason.

Get yo 3 month trial analyst on FOXNFL Countdown position ready.

That wasn't a bad thing. That is one of my favorite moments since i've been watching football.

name me one other wide out that has thrown all of his Qb's under a bus, held press conferences on his driveway while doing sit ups, and created a reality tv show for himself so everyone can witness him drag slump busters in his house while his sisters try to talk him out of it?

I'll wait here.

So because he does things differently or doesn't really care what anyone thinks he's trash or unprofessional?

So you hate anyone who you don't want your kids to be modeled after? Why would anyone want to model their kid after an athlete? You may as well try to teach your dog the english language.

Ofcourse. That's the way most humans work. Anyone who doesn't do things the way you like them and they still manage to become successful without any problems is hated. Yet, he probably still went out and bought a Stallworth jersey last week.

The real issue is that IF the guy didn't drop nearly 1/3 of passes thrown to him he wowuld have GM's licking his a** to get him to sign. I was disgusted that he was on the Cowboys. But if he could just catch the damn ball he would have zero problems getting a contract no matter what his sorry attitude is.

And you hate him for that?

No, I can't stand the cocky "I'm better than everyone" attitude from a guy who simply doesn't catch the number of passes he should. As I said, if he spent the time working on catching the ball that he does trying to get camera time, he'd likely be the best ever. He talks the talk, but doesn't back it up. It isn't bragging if you can back it up. Imagine his numbers if he wasn't consistently at or near the top of the list of dropped passes.Yes, he probably has HOF numbers, but his sorry attitude probably keeps him out. That's what I can't stand.

Feel free to highlight where I said, "I hate" TO.

Its pretty obvious what I think about "the player", but I dont think I said "I hate em'".

If he gets kept out of the HOF it would be a travesty. The guy will likely finish with the 2nd best numbers for a receiver ever. Like him or not the man has produced everywhere he's been.
