She was on the phone when I came in with her dad. Her mom had a really bad spell with a fib a little while ago. They had 7-8 people in there he said, and have put shock pads (the sticker kind) in case it happens again. I reckon it's happening when she's asleep, which makes me think even more that her heart is gonna give out while she's sleeping.

Also, wanted more details than the text from Tiffany before I fussed about this, her sister is an idiot. They got into it bad at the hospital, the one from Florida. She was acting kinda hateful before they left, but Tiffany said she was just awful at the hospital. I sincerely think it was like a withdrawal thing, she's a bad alcoholic. I mean she gets drunk waiting on her daughter to finish practice, and makes her daughter (who doesn't have a permit) drive home. She's left her with her boyfriend (15 years old), just got fired the other day, and says she's not going back anytime soon. She started calling everyone "negative Nancy", and was saying they're overreacting, the cancer isn't aggressive, or going to kill her. Nevermind the fact it's basically doubled in two weeks, on her brain stem now, and fractured her rib and leg. Dr had actually came in prior, and said her hip was closed to fracture because of a tumor, that they'd keep an eye on it. I mean her mom is still well aware, and Tiffany was trying to tell her to let the oncologist (it was the hospital Dr who came in) tell them stuff so there wouldn't be any false hope, ,and she started screaming at Tiffany. She ended up bringing them home, and staying at her parents house. I told Tiffany to tell her to stay there if she's going to act like that. I get people react to stuff bad sometimes, but I sincerely think she's just hateful because she's wanting some alcohol. I may be wrong, but still, she shouldn't act like that.

If she's disruptive at the hospital, ESPECIALLY around any patient, not just your mother, and interrupting and shouting down the physicians or other staff, she should be banned, except for brief bedside visits. Hospitals have the right to do that, and you can ask them about their procedures for disruptive visitors. And obviously, your SIL needs serious professional help, but she's not the star of the show at the moment, whatever she might wish.

I'm so sorry that Tiffany and her family (and you) have to endure this sort of thing on top of her mother's illness.

You nailed it with star of the show, that woman definitely has a "me" issue. That's what she thinks, and cares about the most, herself.

Other sister found the Florida sister passed out at their parents. She got her some booze last night, and used up some of the Mary Jane medicine they had. What a goober she is.

Anyway, they did some heart test, and have her listed in congestive heart failure now. Dr did say that he would try to treat her for the cancer if they can get her stable, but stable isn't looking good. Tiffany said her oxygen is still hitting 80 when they try to get her up for the bathroom, surprised they haven't cathed her. First time Tiffany has said it, but she just called on the way home, and said she doesn't think she's ever going to make it home. Said her mom was scared to go to sleep, because that's when her heart does the afib thing, and they've been saying they're worried she's going to have a heart attack fighting for air.

She actually had a good day. No episodes of afib, most talkative I've seen since we first went Thursday. She did have another scan done, and got a little more detail into the cancer. It's definitely turned into Bone cancer, I guess from what I googled it can go from lungs into bone and more. It's in the bone part of the base of her skull, and the c3 vertebrae has a lot. Definitely in her liver, and breast, which we knew. Dr said he wants to get her in the office to do a genetic test of some sort, to determine if she's eligible for a pill treatment. We don't have a clue what he means exactly. Like if the test shows if it's too much to bother, or something to do with her body in general to see if she can take this pill, we haven't googled anything about it yet.

As far as the two yahoo sisters, goodness. The Florida drunk (not NorCal 👀🤣) is just, idk. They did do an MRI of her brain, other than the brain stem, they didn't see any cancer anywhere in the brain. She used to work at a Drs office, secretary, that's what she done, but acts like she knows everything medically. I'm not God, or a Dr, idk how long she has. As quickly as it's spread, and seeing her bad the past few days, I just can't imagine her making it too long. Her drunk sister, after finding out there's nothing else in her brain, went on a big speech. Telling them, because of her medical experience, that means it's not aggressive, or spreading, and they'll be able to treat her, and her be cancer free. Maybe, but it's already spread to a lot of places, and her oncologist literally told them it's aggressive. They're grasping for any hope, so now they believe her every word. I mean I hope they can, but I just don't think as eat up as she is, that her sister should be telling them that. /Rant on her. The oldest, pill head we'll call her🤣, she was definitely on something, couldn't even drive home. When she wasn't being loud, yelling at everyone for pictures, she sit there buffing her feet. Like those pad things to get rid of bunions, stuff flying all over the bed, and her laughing saying "this probably isn't pleasant or sanitary for you all". Sorry, I held my peace in front of Tiffany and the oldest, had to vent🤣
