Are those two adopted? As far as the two yahoo sisters, goodness. The Florida drunk (not NorCal ) is just, idk. They did do an MRI of her brain, other than the brain stem, they didn't see any cancer anywhere in the brain. She used to work at a Drs office, secretary, that's what she done, but acts like she knows everything medically. I'm not God, or a Dr, idk how long she has. As quickly as it's spread, and seeing her bad the past few days, I just can't imagine her making it too long. Her drunk sister, after finding out there's nothing else in her brain, went on a big speech. Telling them, because of her medical experience, that means it's not aggressive, or spreading, and they'll be able to treat her, and her be cancer free. Maybe, but it's already spread to a lot of places, and her oncologist literally told them it's aggressive. They're grasping for any hope, so now they believe her every word. I mean I hope they can, but I just don't think as eat up as she is, that her sister should be telling them that. /Rant on her. The oldest, pill head we'll call her, she was definitely on something, couldn't even drive home. When she wasn't being loud, yelling at everyone for pictures, she sit there buffing her feet. Like those pad things to get rid of bunions, stuff flying all over the bed, and her laughing saying "this probably isn't pleasant or sanitary for you all". Sorry, I held my peace in front of Tiffany and the oldest, had to vent
continuing to lift her up in prayer, JoeKinda some rough news as far as Tiffany goes. They're still wanting to help her, but the septic shock has them really concerned. They're afraid her kidneys won't be able to handle the specific autoimmune suppression she'll have to start because of the sepsis. They haven't said no, but what they want we're not really comfortable with. They're wanting her to remove the tubes and see how her body reacts without that treatment, then put them back in for the treatment if everything is okay before we proceed. Both times we bout lost her was putting those in, and I'm not wanting it to keep being done. We told him that we're not comfortable doing it, and he's going to talk to the other Dr. Maybe this is just not meant to be, I'd rather try to find something else, than her go out there and not come home. She's pretty upset, but we understand their concerns.
Did they just think about these things now? It really seemed like they were ready to move forward. Upsetting to go through this rollercoaster.Kinda some rough news as far as Tiffany goes. I don't know what's going on. Last time we talked everything seemed fine. I get they're concerned, but all of a sudden? They've known about everything since it happened in October. I kinda think they're worried about something happening to her during surgery, then it'll hurt their trial. Just my thoughts.Did they just think about these things now? buy her a few bottles of Wild Turkey and she willDr told them today that they will try to treat her, but there's not going to be any curing her. If she can respond to the treatment, maybe 6 months, maybe more, but he's not hopeful because of how aggressive it is. Tiffany said she's sounding awful right now from the fluid in her lungs, around her heart probably also. They have her on (not gonna try to spell it( a pill for that. Said her parents were a mess, all because her stupid sister told them everything was gonna be alright the other day, now the Dr has came out and told them she doesn't have long. Tiffany is really upset with her, said everyone else has been upset and emotional, and she's acting all smug. I wish she'd go home.
My goodness. I've never heard of cancer causing fractures like that.Just got home from dropping the oldest off at the airport, gotta admit, tore me up saying goodbye. Tiffany is spending some time with her mom, her twin gonna bring her home later. Little update on her, they're going to start chemo Friday. The only radiation they're going to do is her hip. The fractures she has are happening from the inside out from the tumors. The last scan showed her hip starting to, so they're going to try radiation to stop the tumors from growing there, and try to prevent any fracture in her hip bone.
Me neither. Dr told her if it did her hip, that they'd likely try to put a rod in it. IDK if she'd do it, she already can't walk pretty much. I thought it was pressing on her bone from the outside and causing it, but Tiffany said it was doing it from the inside according to the Dr and report. Blows my mind.My goodness. I've never heard of cancer causing fractures like that.
I don’t remember what Joe said about where they think it started, but untreated primary breast cancer tends to metastasize to lung and bone. (I think maybe liver too, not sure.) The bone tissue is replaced by “disorganized” cancer cells that have no real strength and break easily. My goodness. I've never heard of cancer causing fractures like that.
That's how I read it when I googled about it. I was like Volly, never heard of that.I don’t remember what Joe said about where they think it started, but untreated primary breast cancer tends to metastasize to lung and bone. These are called pathologic fractures, as opposed to traumatic (due to trauma, like a fall or car accident.) Another big cause of pathologic bone fractures is from long-term corticosteroid usage (not the body-building kind.)
Often pathologic fractures happen when someone is just standing, and THEN they fall. The fall didn’t cause the break; it was the break that caused the fall.
Praying that they can at least knock out the bone tumor with radiation, and take that off the table.

Here's a page Tiffany sent me. Bottom says risk of the femur, but the Dr told them it did have a fracture. Might have been after the scan in the hospital the other day. I can't keep up. There were like 5 pages like this talking about where all it was. Pretty sure this was the scan before she got admitted.
