Tiffany's Thread (updates and prayers, and a place where she can smack Joe in public when he needs it :)

Neurosurgeon told me yesterday that by the time glioblastoma is identified correctly, it is 90 percent of the time already level 4.

The speed of this is surreal. Absolutely surreal.

Today, there is not much change, only that she is able to open her eyes immediately when someone says something.

I do not want her to suffer. I do not want to lose her, but she's gotta be tired. It was March 11 years ago when she had to be trached. That was 11 years we didn't think we were going to have, but it's never a good time.

I will wear the F*** Cancer bracelet I ordered every day for the rest of my life.

It is a bracelet for females, but IDGAF.
Cancer is a massive amount of suck.

Back on topic for a moment. Tiffany's Dr was just pretty blunt with us, about her condition. She'd hoped for the California thing for help, but oh well. She told us that she's on the verge of this antibiotic not working, and she's going to be in trouble when it doesn't. Also, her becoming septic after being off of it for a couple of weeks is a problem, and she's going to have to find help, or it's going to get the best of her. She recommended a specific type of Dr, so while she was getting labs, I Google here, and Vanderbilt. I've been trying to get her to reach out to vandy, so she called. Been on the phone from the Dr to the restaurant, and they said they'd see her, and see if they can help, because they do deal with her situation, the stoma and do reconstruction stuff. They just need a referral, and her Dr is calling them. So, maybe we'll be going to Vanderbilt, and hopefully we can find help.
