Idk what happened today, but that vandy Dr apparently had 2 telehealth appointments scheduled at the same time, and Tiffany never got a call. The office said that she'd try to call tomorrow.

Us too. The nurse called her this morning to apologize, Said they'd have to reschedule, but hasn't rescheduled yet.

Tiffany told the nurse that, said if they didn't want to help just tell her. The nurse only said the Dr would have to call to explain the procedure they're talking about. They shouldn't have cancelled her appointment, and scheduled a call at the same time she had something else.

The doctor is the one who should recognize the seriousness of this case. Docs don't get a pass because their staff screws up their patient's care.

We have zero idea the importance of the case that Tiff was double booked with nor how many unbelievably serious cases there are working and potentially things going on in their individual lives. It’s a serious matter, but everyone deserves some grace
