Tiffany's Thread (updates and prayers, and a place where she can smack Joe in public when he needs it :)

I'm pretty sure we drove by that last night driving down tiwards the end of the beach area where we were. There was a chicjs, a waterman, but we ended up eating on the pier. Only because we wanted to try fishing, but wind was too much.
Not the same Chick’s, but Waterman’s is good.

Wish I had known you were going to my second home. Would’ve recommended you eating at Chick’s Oyster Bar. My favorite seafood restaurant. And, as someone who has spent a lot time in the Chesapeake Bay Area, can confirm they have the best crab cakes anywhere
Chesapeake Bay Blue Crab>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Lobster.

I don't even go to that area of NC, too far plus prefer mountains.
I was telling Tiffany how weird it was to me. I'm used to the western side of NC and Virginia, the mountains. Seeing the side of both that was flat, and wirh a beach was odd😆. Definitely very diverse states as far as geographic layouts.

There are even swamp marsh lands in the NE part of the state that look neat, but we haven't been to. We need to go see it, like you said see the diversity of my state.

A cyclist from Elkin with whom I’ve ridden has told me of traveling through it. He said the mosquitoes were huge, and he fell asleep to the hum of their horde amassing at his netting.
