- "Insider" on the Miami BoardI know his 7v7 coach and that a Dream Team program pretty well. Was told he wouldn’t be shocked at all if he commits soon. Probably not publicly this weekend but the coaches will know.
He doesn’t want to go to Tennessee at all. Tennessee “insiders” hyping Tennessee are clueless. Only thing going for them is the parents want him close to home but he wants to be at Miami. Assuming they’re here this weekend it should be easy to win them over and it’ll be a done deal."
- More nonsense from the "insider".And just to add to that... Tennessee begged him to cancel his visit to Miami and even said they weren’t sure if they would have a spot for him if he made the trip (lol) per his 7v7 coach.
Last ditch effort because they know he’s gone is what that sounds like
Have heard plenty of times from many people that Pruitt is trying the Alabama strategy thinking they can stop kids from taking visits and threatening to drop them or pull their offer if they do. Leaving a bad taste for a lot of players and coaches because Tennessee is as irrelevant as anyone right now. He’s rushing “the process” that we always here about.
-Andrew Ivins/Miami247Lawrence, who is related to former UM star cornerback Corn Elder, is being accompanied on the trip by his parents and uncle. While Tennessee is the team that many feel lead for the Polynesian Bowl selection, sources have felt good about where Miami has stood in the recruitment for months now with one source stating that Lawrence has always planned to take an official visit for Paradise Camp and then make a commitment in the ensuing weeks. I currently don’t have a 247Sports’ Crystal Ball forecast logged for Lawrence because I believe that this one is too close to call.
Yeah the insider is FOS. A Miami commitment wouldn’t shock me, obviously they’re a legit threat if his family are accompanying him. That said you don’t visit a school on your on dime repeatedly if don’t like them at all. I look forward to the spin this guy throws out when he commits to Tennessee; likely bc his parents “forced” him to.- "Insider" on the Miami Board

I was slightly worried reading the first post, but after reading the second one, I knew he was FOS. Pruitt pulling Lawrence's offer... guy is clueless. Also, "he doesn't want to go to TN at all" yet he has visited unofficially 3 times in the last 3 months.
Anyways, its going to be fun to go back and revisit their board here in a week or two when he commits to the VOLS.
Sounds like us with the Miami kid last year. Forget his name. He seemed in love with UT, but his mom wanted him home.Yeah the insider is FOS. -Andrew Ivins/Miami247– In terms of actual recruiting news, the biggest nugget we picked up is that the Hurricanes continue to feel good about where things stand with Nashville Ensworth Top247 defensive back Keshawn Lawrence. I’m not ready to peg him to Miami, but think the Hurricanes are giving him plenty to think about as he nears his decision. Lawrence is being hosted this weekend on his official visit by DJ Ivey.
