He simply said that he's heard Baron is definitely feeling OSU at the moment and that Tennessee is in a dog fight for him. It would make sense from the stand point that most expected Baron to be committed to the Vols by now. Broderick doesn't say things for shock value. He's a Tennessee fan and has been trying to nudge kids to Tennessee and has taken groups on visits.
