Really? Do you realize the size of the Texas economy? If it were a country, it would probably be in the top 10 easily.
The post that you replied to, didn't concern Texas A&M boosters. It merely said that Tennessee has deep-pocketed boosters as well... and they do. Although, it seems like the wealthiest booster (the DISH guy in Colorado), could help a lot more than he does.

I’m just saying their pockets are deeper and there’s a hell of a lot more of them

Really? I lived in Houston 7 years and went to A&M a couple of quarters. How long did you live in TX? If you think the Haslams, Boyds, Thorntons, etc are poor and can't afford recruits you need to change medications lol. UT boosters are loaded with money.

The post I replied to said there was lots of money in their millionaire fan base. (Implying that Nolen was being bought). My response was that UT alums had quite a bit of money themselves. I did have to laugh when someone wanted to tell me about TX because I lived there many yrs and I'm sure they never lived there a day.

Did you go to school at A&M? UT boosters are loaded and can afford any recruit they want (whether you want to believe or not). I went to A&M (but graduated from UT) and the Longhorns have the money and the power in TX.

And have lost to UT the majority of games over the last ten years. I’m tired of being force fed chicken **** and being told I’m a negavol for not believing that it’s chicken salad.

I’m not out on the staff by any means but they have problems that need to be addressed.

First problem is fans like you. No one is telling you it is steak and not crap. Investigation and Pruitt and all the stupid decisions thru the year but for the first time in awhile, I am proud and having fun watching this team. I am going to enjoy the game tonight and not worry about this guys.

I’ve said it once, we should be monsters with NIL with our sources of income and our boosters. I don’t know what the hell we are doing but if we don’t catch up with the times we will never be on the levels of Bama, UGA, or what A&M is doing recruiting wise. We should be top tier with NIL
