A lot depends on the season. If team shows promise, recruiting will boom. If not, Heupel will have to rebuild using the transfer portal.

That surprises me, only because he’s a defensive player. I’ve been waiting to see offensive players start flocking to Powell just to play in that Jones offense!

Im most worried about the team in Tuscaloosa, imo hes theirs to lose. Some off season staff turnover after this year would be nice and probably help tho.

Going from not in his top 9 to being in his to 5 isn't insignificant. Are our chances slim? Probably so, yes. Are they zero as some have suggested? I don't believe that to be the case.

This isn't really an answer to the question you've presented, but if the circumstances are that we are a competitive, well coached team that is fun to watch, I don't think a sub .500 season will happen.
