That's how I feel. Not stressing at all if he picks OM. And there is always a chance he enters the portal and we get another shot.

Just out of curiousity, what do you think he does? Shoots for a bigger job? Bomb from here out? Get caught in a massive scandal? Become CEO of Twitter? Maybe all of the above simultaneously?

Jmo but if they even win 8 this year and Norvell continues to bomb, FSU would be a great landing spot. They same meant for one another. Then bring on Deion as DC. Could you imagine that circus? But they'd probably bring in top 3 classes and put an end to Clemson which would be win-win for us. Ofc just imagining the most ludicrous situation I can.

Personally I don't think Deon plays second to anyone again... and it is just a matter of time before he starts claiming that racism is keeping him from getting a top job. I wish it weren't my feeling... but his recent behavior suggests that's where he's heading.

IMHO, Kiffin will have to leave the SEC to get a top tier job. He might return but he has already been passed over for UT, UF, A&M, and LSU. He won't be picked up by Bama or UGA. Any other SEC job is a lateral or worse.

He's probably better than a 2nd tier coach. But no first tier team seems to want him.

Honestly, he's a guard. We have plenty of those and they're easy to find. We need tackles. No great loss. If he weren't a TN kid, folks wouldn't think twice about it. Wish him well, but we have far bigger needs.

Not enough “Like” in this forum for this post. I want kids sold out to be Vols or elite talent. This kid is neither. Take his Bama loving ass to Ole Miss.

What astounds me is that a recruit would commit to a guy that shops himself to every school with an opening annually.

He will win at BB but it’s a different level than the big boys in D2 Private schools.

I would still take Lane back in a second he’s a great coach. I wish we would’ve hired him over Pruitt in 2017 he def would’ve taken the job

He would win big here he was practically begging to come back after we fired Butch. He’s a great offensive mind one of the best in college football and has blossomed into a very good coach and still at just 47 years old a young coach.

Kiffy begged to get involved with Miami, OU, LSU & a couple others most likely. He’ll crawl to Tallahassee if they dump Nowell this year.
