Does Ole Miss even... ever... develop good linemen? Maybe it's because we don't play them often, but it sure doesn't feel like it.Is Michael Oher the only in state lineman recruit that UT has missed out on to Ole Miss that made any major difference?
And we all know he was pushed to Ole Miss.
I'm confident UT will find an interior lineman that will suffice. This only hurts the optics for some people.
I would watch out for Boyd Buchanan in Chatt too now that Gary Rankin is there. They’ve got a ton of talent in their middle school. They have an 8th grader who already runs a sub-11 100mBaylor will eventually overtake McCallie in Chattanooga in talent. If their board decides to change, it will happen. Baylor has more resources ($) than most private schools. They have chosen to be more balanced between athletics & academics in the recent years.
Lipscomb completely changed. They never offered scholarships until they got tired of losing when CPA & others changed. Their board went 180 degrees and now recruits with the best of them
Kid is an absolute high strong aggressive powerful OG who I love to watch because he gives his all at every workout. I also love kids who drive to Nashville/ Murfreesboro to mk a valiant effort to become better. James Stone and Coach Perry are building an OL factory as all our guys are getting big time offers because they are very technically sound. #WeAreNPA
